Vivo X500 12GB/256GB: Flagship Cameras, 7,500mAh Battery and Hassle-Free EU Delivery

Vivo X500: built for power users and mobile photography fans

The Vivo X500 12GB/256GB combines flagship processing, a large high-refresh-rate display, unusually generous battery capacity and an ambitious ZEISS camera setup. At €857.00, it targets buyers who want a premium Android phone with a strong specification sheet rather than a mainstream European retail model.

Its headline strengths are clear: the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 platform, 12GB RAM, a 7,500mAh battery, 90W wired charging, 40W wireless charging and a camera system that includes a dedicated 64MP ZEISS APO super-telephoto module. Core hardware at a glance

Performance and storage

The Dimensity 9500 is the foundation for demanding use. Its octa-core design, with peak clock speeds listed up to 4.21GHz, is paired with the ARM Mali G1-Ultra GPU and 12GB of RAM. This combination is intended for fast app switching, sustained multitasking, demanding games and high-resolution camera processing.

The 256GB UFS 4.1 storage is quick and roomy enough for a large offline media library, games and 4K video captures. There is no memory-card slot, so users who routinely keep vast RAW photo libraries or extensive downloaded video collections should consider their storage needs before purchase.

A smooth LTPO AMOLED screen

The 6.59-inch LTPO AMOLED display offers a 2750 x 1260 pixel resolution and up to a 144Hz refresh rate. LTPO technology can vary refresh rate according to what is on screen, helping balance smooth scrolling and animation with sensible power consumption. The result should suit gaming, social media, video playback and everyday browsing particularly well.

For shoppers moving from a 60Hz or 90Hz handset, the jump to 144Hz is especially noticeable in supported interfaces and games. The sizeable panel also gives the X500 a more immersive feel for maps, editing, streaming and productivity tasks.

ZEISS camera system with real focal-length flexibility

Vivo has equipped the X500 with three distinct rear cameras rather than treating secondary lenses as filler. The primary 50MP ZEISS camera has a bright f/1.68 aperture and optical image stabilization, which is valuable for hand-held night scenes, indoor photography and steadier video capture.

• 50MP ZEISS main camera: f/1.68 aperture and OIS for everyday shots and challenging lighting.
• 64MP ZEISS APO super-telephoto camera: f/2.55 optics for distant subjects, portraits and compressed-perspective compositions.
• 50MP ultra-wide camera: f/2.0 aperture for landscapes, architecture, groups and tight spaces.
• 50MP selfie camera: f/2.0 aperture for detailed self-portraits and video calls.

The APO branding on the telephoto camera is particularly interesting for buyers who care about cleaner detail and controlled colour fringing at longer focal lengths. As with every smartphone camera, final image results depend on software processing as well as hardware, but this is a notably versatile camera configuration on paper.

Battery life that changes the daily routine

A 7,500mAh battery is one of the X500’s defining advantages. It gives the phone the potential to last substantially longer than many conventional flagship devices, particularly for users who spend hours on mobile data, navigation, photography, streaming or gaming.

When it is time to recharge, 90W wired charging is designed for fast top-ups, while 40W wireless charging adds premium convenience at a desk or bedside. This combination is rare because many large-battery phones compromise on either charging speed or wireless support.

Buying from China without EU customs surprises

The Vivo X500 ships directly from China/Shenzhen. However, TradingShenzhen uses specialized priority logistics, including Global Priority and the EU Priority Line, for eligible EU deliveries. Shipments are pre-cleared through an EU logistics hub and then delivered directly to your door.

That means no customs duties, no extra VAT and no clearance fees are charged upon arrival in the EU when using the applicable priority shipping route. In practical terms, there is zero customs hassle at the delivery stage, which is a major advantage over a standard direct import shipment.

TradingShenzhen also states that devices are 100% authentic, subject to strict pre-shipment quality checks, and supplied with multi-language OS options plus full Google Mobile Services support. Before ordering, create a TradingShenzhen account to track your order, manage warranty-related communication and access available reward-point features.

Who should choose the Vivo X500?

• Choose it if: you want exceptional battery capacity without giving up fast wired and wireless charging.
• Choose it if: a dedicated telephoto camera matters for travel, portraits, events and distant subjects.
• Choose it if: you value a 144Hz AMOLED display and flagship-class chipset performance.
• Think twice if: you require microSD expansion, as the 256GB model has fixed internal storage.
• Think twice if: you only buy phones through local stores and prefer in-person service handling.
